About the role

The Eesti Noorsooteater is looking for a dedicated cleaning service staff member to keep its theatre premises spotless. You will work in a friendly, cultural environment located in the historic old town, supporting the daily operations of the youth theatre and the Puppet Theatre Museum.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all rooms, halls, and surfaces of the theatre according to the agreed schedule.
• Follow the established cleaning timetable and adapt to any changes.
• Plan daily tasks to ensure efficient coverage of all areas.
• Perform physical cleaning work, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.

Required profile

• Completed relevant training or previous experience in cleaning services.
• Strong appreciation for cleanliness and a responsible attitude.
• Honest, helpful, and able to work quickly and accurately.
• Capable of planning work independently and handling physical tasks.
