Quality Assurance Engineer – Engineering Lending Department

About the role

Join Luminor’s Engineering Lending Department as a Quality Assurance Engineer. You will ensure high‑quality software delivery by designing and executing comprehensive testing processes, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining automation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and uphold quality standards.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Automate repetitive test cases and maintain automation frameworks.
• Review system specifications to determine testing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in continuous testing solutions design and implementation.
• Assist in deploying software updates and provide post‑deployment support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Experience with defect tracking tools and test automation.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
