Sales Manager

About the role

This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Tallinn, with the possibility to work from home part of the time. The Sales Manager will lead and grow a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and promote Secure Finance’s consulting, legal, tax, and auditing services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare proposals.
• Conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal experts to design client‑specific solutions.
• Track performance against sales targets and report results to leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay informed about regulatory and market developments.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales, account management and business development experience in professional services or financial sectors.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex consulting, legal, tax or auditing solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with sales pipeline management, CRM tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, law or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Tallinn.
• Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
