Senior B2B Software Sales Executive

About the role

LendFusion is a cloud‑based loan management platform used by lenders across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a Senior B2B Software Sales Executive to own the full new‑business sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract, selling directly to decision‑makers at lending organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities with lending organisations.
• Run the full sales cycle: initial contact, discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Demo the software, tailoring each presentation to the prospect’s workflow.
• Lead discovery and scoping calls and translate insights into commercial proposals.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
• Attend international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date with opportunities and activities.
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure proposals match client needs.
• Suggest improvements to the sales process when identified.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes.
• Comfortable demoing software and conducting commercial conversations with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong independent judgment, problem‑solving ability and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• University degree is a plus but not required.
