Senior Commercial Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Analyst you will build a disciplined, insight‑led growth engine that drives sustainable and profitable growth across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Commercial, Credit Risk, Product, Operations and Finance teams to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer, portfolio and commercial performance to identify profitable growth opportunities.
• Develop insights and recommendations to optimise onboarding, credit line management, customer engagement and revolving balance growth.
• Design, execute and evaluate champion‑challenger tests and experiments.
• Build and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Finance or related quantitative discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Python or R for analytics and data modelling.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
