About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping financial decisions that drive Xolo forward. Working closely with leadership, you'll analyze financial data, develop strategies for sustainable growth, and provide insights to optimize profitability and cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with leadership to create budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning strategies.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Optimize cash‑flow management and investment strategies to support growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Support fundraising efforts, including financial due diligence and investor relations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and risk assessment.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools to enhance financial modelling and analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English and Estonian.
