Senior Implementation Manager - Finance Systems

About the role

Wise is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager for its Finance Implementation team in Tallinn. The team makes sure that anything in Wise with a financial impact is integrated into the financial systems and properly recorded and controlled, working closely with finance, product and engineering teams. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Understand how Wise works and how it translates into compliant financials, and explain those concepts to engineers
• Plan and lead a team of implementation managers, engineers, analysts and operations specialists to deliver financial integrations
• Support the team with clear documentation: requirements, detailed project plans, resource allocation, testing and delivery
• Work with internal finance teams (Accounting, Tax, Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis) so that financials in all entities worldwide are clean, accurate and compliant
• Manage system integrations from scoping through to post-production, delivering data-driven projects in fast-paced environments

Required profile

• Hands-on approach, getting the team and product done
• Experience with ERP systems is a must
• Successful experience integrating external systems with internal systems for accurate financial reporting
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting
• Strong communication skills and ability to organise complex problems and diverse teams
