Senior Legal Counsel – Core Team (Remote)

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Legal Core Team. You will provide pragmatic legal advice across 90+ jurisdictions, help shape legal processes, and mentor junior lawyers while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality legal advice on labor and employment matters for Remote’s global HR‑tech products.
• Manage routine legal processes, knowledge‑management, and policy keeping efficiently.
• Lead complex legal projects and coordinate with specialised sub‑teams.
• Support the development of scalable legal operations that enable rapid business growth.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified and experienced lawyer with a strong background in labor and employment law.
• Interest in working for a tech‑scaleup, specifically in HR‑tech.
• Ability to quickly learn Remote’s internal communication and documentation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
