Senior Operations Analyst – Payment Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join Wise’s Payment Operations team in Tallinn. You will drive data‑driven decisions, improve data‑model quality and build forecasting tools that support smooth customer payments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate insights into operational improvements.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines that feed analytical models.
• Develop a robust forecasting model to predict capacity based on future workload demand.
• Own and track key metrics, ensuring data health and forecast accuracy.
• Provide actionable visualisations and reports to help teams discover insights.

Required profile

• Based in Tallinn, Estonia or willing to relocate (right‑to‑work support only).
• Strong experience with SQL and complex data models.
• Quantitative background (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering).
• Excellent communication skills to convey analytical narratives.
• Proactive ownership of impact and ability to work independently.
