Senior Product Designer (Remote, CET timezone)

About the role

Insense is looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive the design of its B2B SaaS platform that connects brands with creators. This hands‑on individual contributor role will own features from discovery through high‑fidelity delivery, working closely with product managers and engineers in a fully remote, async environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design for a defined area of the roadmap, covering both Client and Creator experiences.
• Create user flows, interactive prototypes, and production‑ready specifications in Figma.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers, participating in design reviews and providing feedback.
• Maintain and evolve the existing design system while ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Conduct lightweight usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on complex B2B SaaS products.
• Portfolio demonstrating workflow‑heavy, not marketing‑focused, designs.
• Experience working within an established design system and handing off designs to engineering.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with clear written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team and be available daily between 9 am‑12 pm EST.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
