Senior Product Manager – Finance Master Data Management

About the role

Wise is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Finance Master Data Management effort. You will shape the centralized master data registry that powers Wise’s financial engines during a rapid growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a zero‑trust master data framework that prevents data silos across internal finance applications.
• Build automated verification checks and data pipelines to keep financial dimensions consistent and audit‑ready.
• Define the data fabric that governs financial dimensions, organizational structures, and their replication across the finance ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of hands‑on product management experience building data‑intensive products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to trace data lineage across micro‑services and design systemic solutions.
• Proven track record of defining KPIs, shipping features, and creating roadmaps that bring clarity to complex problems.

Required skills

• Experience influencing ledger design, data models, and event‑sourcing patterns.
• Ability to work closely with engineers on technical architecture and data architecture.
