Senior Product Manager, Fraud and Compliance

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead its Fraud and Compliance initiatives within the Fintech area. You will own the end‑to‑end risk and compliance systems that protect the company and its customers throughout the onboarding, credit, and transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship automated risk‑detection and compliance workflows, moving from rule‑based to proactive AI‑driven solutions.
• Manage the product roadmap for onboarding verification, credit risk assessment, reserve management, and fraud enforcement.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Collections, and Engineering teams.
• Define metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Seasoned product manager with a proven track record on platform or API products serving operational teams.
• Strong platform mindset: build extensible, scalable systems.
• Excellent UX sensibility for both admin and customer‑facing tools.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and async‑workflow skills.
• Data‑driven decision‑maker comfortable querying data and using visualisation tools.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset.
