Senior Sales Development Representative – Europe

About the role

Firework is looking for a senior sales development representative to help build its enterprise pipeline across Europe. The role blends research, outreach, and early‑stage customer conversations, with the chance to sit on live calls and eventually lead pitches as you grow.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts and prospects using outreach tools and AI‑driven techniques to set meetings and generate pipeline leads for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Conduct discovery conversations with inbound and outbound prospects in the assigned territory, qualifying leads and creating opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales and other departments to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
• Join live customer calls alongside Enterprise Sales reps, with the opportunity to lead pitches as credibility builds.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to automate research, sharpen outreach, and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Consistently meet individual and team quotas for outbound activities, qualified calls, meetings set, and revenue potential.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales‑operations platforms.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, tech‑savvy professional comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ambitious individual aiming to transition into a full‑cycle enterprise sales role within the next few months.
• Strong desire to learn and thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth SaaS environment.
