Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design and scale the core platform that powers reservations, pricing, payments, guest communication and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain scalable APIs and services for reservations, availability, pricing and payments.
• Build event‑driven automation engines that trigger cleaning schedules, guest messages and owner statements.
• Integrate with external platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS to ensure reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience building production‑grade software systems and owning end‑to‑end delivery.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and balance speed with maintainability.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
