Senior Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Tuum is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own the commercial relationship with its strategic fintech and banking customers after go‑live. You will ensure continuity through renewals, pricing negotiations and expansion opportunities while working closely with Technical Customer Success Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial relationships for assigned strategic customers, leading renewal planning and execution.
• Manage pricing discussions, contract amendments and commercial negotiations with Legal and Finance.
• Identify and coordinate expansion opportunities, supporting commercial discussions arising from customer health reviews.
• Build trusted executive relationships, participate in business reviews and maintain engagement between milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance to ensure seamless post‑sales ownership and develop references or case studies.

Required profile

• 6+ years in Strategic or Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success or similar B2B SaaS roles.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic fintech/banking portfolios (a strong plus).
• Proven track record in retention, upsell and customer satisfaction.
• Strong commercial judgement, executive communication skills and a consultative, relationship‑driven approach.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% for on‑site customer meetings.
