Senior Veeva eTMF/CTMS Consultant – Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for a Veeva‑certified consultant with extensive expertise in Veeva eTMF to join our team on a part‑time basis. This remote position involves managing system configuration, validation documentation and translating business requirements into compliant Veeva solutions within a regulated, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration and validation documentation for system changes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end system changes, including requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and prototype solutions tailored to business needs.
• Implement and configure Veeva systems according to defined specifications.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure compliance with GxP regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain governance and quality standards.
• Stay updated with Veeva general releases and manage release impacts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a GxP‑regulated environment.
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification.
• Proven experience with Veeva eTMF.
• Strong background in impact assessments and change management.
• Hands‑on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality.
• Ability to manage system changes from requirement gathering to testing and validation.
• Fluent English.
