Software Engineer (Mid-level), Quantum

About the role

Glia, a banking AI platform trusted by 700+ banks and credit unions, is hiring a mid-level Software Engineer for its Quantum team. You will design and scale the core intelligence services behind real-time customer interactions and operational foresight, working in self-reliant product teams across the full development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from design through delivery, and help keep the codebase high quality
• Contribute to diverse projects across back-end, front-end, infrastructure and more
• Take part in technical discussions and move beyond executing basic tasks

Required profile

• 2-3 years of professional software development experience, with production-grade code; independent product builders are also considered
• Comfortable taking features from start to finish and designing reliable, highly available systems
• Strong foundation in strictly-typed, compiled languages, design patterns and containerized cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture
• Clean, test-driven code (TDD, CI/CD), proactive use of AI coding tools, and a self-starter attitude
