Technical Project Manager – Smart Hardware Product

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage sprint cycles and ensure that product ideas move smoothly from planning to release.

Key responsibilities

• Organise sprint planning, break down tasks, prioritise work and track progress across engineering, design and operations.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps and project documentation, and keep stakeholders informed of deadlines, dependencies and risks.
• Run regular sync meetings, translate product decisions into actionable tasks and support scope changes by assessing impact on timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, legal and finance teams to resolve operational matters and mitigate delivery risks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or similar role in a technology product company.
• Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher).
• Self‑driven attitude with the ability to resolve organisational and delivery challenges independently.
