Technical Sales Engineer – Hydrogen Power Solutions

About the role

PowerUP Energy Technologies is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to accelerate the commercial adoption of its hydrogen fuel‑cell power solutions. Working in a hybrid setting, you will combine deep technical knowledge with customer‑facing activities, supporting the entire sales cycle from pre‑sales design to post‑installation support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and create technical offers, quotations, and system designs.
• Present technical aspects of PowerUP solutions in meetings, calls, and written materials.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the sales team, delivering custom configurations and installation proposals.
• Provide hands‑on expertise on hydrogen fuel‑cell technology, feeding market feedback to engineering.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of user manuals, technical guides, and product documentation.
• Supervise or perform electrical installations together with qualified professionals.
• Deliver training to customers and distributors on product use, maintenance, and best practices.
• Offer after‑sales technical support, troubleshooting, and on‑site assistance.
• Bridge communication between sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Strong interest in clean‑energy technologies and hydrogen fuel cells.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and travelling internationally.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial proposals.
• Collaborative mindset to work across sales, engineering, and marketing.
