Technical Support Engineer I

About the role

Repligen is looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer I to join its Service team in Tallinn. You will provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams using Repligen’s bioprocessing products and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support via phone, email, video conferencing and other channels, troubleshooting hardware, software, process and system issues.
• Manage support cases in Salesforce, documenting inquiries, troubleshooting steps, findings and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Product Management, Engineering, Quality and Sales to resolve issues and share product feedback.
• Coordinate follow‑up activities such as replacement parts, RMA support and field service requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical support, engineering, equipment service or a similar technical environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused communication style.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training and customer support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for case management.
• Experience troubleshooting technical equipment, instrumentation and software.
