Technology Consulting Manager / Delivery Lead

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced Manager / Delivery Lead to join its Consulting team and drive large‑scale technology transformation, ERP and software development initiatives across the Baltics and beyond. The role blends business development, tender management and delivery leadership, allowing you to shape winning proposals and lead complex client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology transformation, ERP and software development projects for clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.
• Drive business development and sales activities, building a pipeline of opportunities and converting them into successful engagements.
• Manage complex tenders and proposal processes, including public and international procurements, applying an AI‑oriented mindset to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Design commercial and delivery approaches that win contracts and enable successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients, EY experts and international teams to deliver technology‑enabled business solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technology transformation, ERP or software development initiatives.
• Higher education in business, economics, law, IT, engineering or a related field.
• Strong track record in complex tenders, proposal management and public or international procurement projects.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to turn opportunities into successful client engagements.
• Fluent in Estonian and English, with experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams.
