About the role

As a Technical Service Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of health‑information system IT services, working closely with service owners and your team. The role combines daily operational monitoring with strategic development of new digital health services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and plan maintenance for digital referral letters and laboratory data services.
• Prioritise work, conduct root‑cause analysis and organise corrective actions.
• Manage existing services, drive enhancements and participate in the development of new e‑consultation data‑exchange solutions.
• Coordinate communication with all stakeholders and ensure business compliance with agreed specifications.
• Maintain relevant documentation and support information exchange with partners.

Required profile

• IT‑related education (e.g., Business Information Technology) or proven experience in IT development projects or operations.
• Understanding of data‑exchange services, especially X‑tee.
• Strong analytical mindset, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Systematic thinking, teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse parties.
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian; a background in healthcare is a plus.
