Tour Leader – Personalized Walking Tours in Tallinn

About the role

Lokafy is looking for an on‑site Tour Leader to guide travelers through Tallinn’s neighborhoods with authentic, personal stories. You will create memorable walking experiences that showcase the city’s culture, history, and hidden gems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead personalized walking tours, adapting routes to guests’ interests.
• Meet travelers at agreed locations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Answer questions, provide food and attraction recommendations, and share local insights.
• Manage bookings and communicate promptly with guests via the Lokafy platform.
• Represent Lokafy’s values of authenticity, respect, and human connection throughout each tour.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Basic sales and persuasion skills to promote additional experiences respectfully.
• Deep familiarity with Tallinn’s neighborhoods, culture, and current local happenings.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak travel seasons.
• Reliable time‑management and professional conduct when meeting travelers on‑site.
• Prior experience as a guide, host, or in hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
