Travel Agent - International Flight Reservations

About the role

NTU International is recruiting experienced Travel Agents for a large-scale international travel services project supporting a European institutional client. Qualified professionals will join a dedicated operational team handling international flight reservations, ticketing and travel support. Positions are available as permanent and seasonal/on-call roles, including Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international flight reservations, bookings and ticket issuance through GDS platforms
• Handle ticket changes, cancellations, rebookings and refunds
• Identify suitable flights, competitive fares and alternative routes
• Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers
• Support urgent travel requests, flight disruptions and complex itineraries
• Maintain accurate booking records and comply with operational procedures
• Work in a centralised booking environment alongside an international team

Required profile

• EU citizenship (mandatory)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in travel arrangements and airline ticketing
• At least 1 year of experience arranging travel for return operations
• English at minimum B2 level
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to time-sensitive requests

Required skills

• Valid GDS certification or documented professional training, preferably in Amadeus
• Experience with international ticketing, refunds, exchanges and airline booking procedures
