Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Editor to turn raw footage, product recordings and founder interviews into engaging launch films, social content and ads. You will shape the visual identity of Base360.ai and help short‑term rental operators see what’s possible with our AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films that blend storytelling, product demos and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, talking‑head footage and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn with compelling hooks.
• Build paid‑ad creative with variations in openings, messaging and calls‑to‑action.
• Integrate screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography and clear visual explanations.
• Own post‑production including footage selection, colour grading, sound design, music, captions and final exports.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft and visual taste.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with motion‑design skills in After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and craft concise, compelling narratives.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora and ElevenLabs to accelerate production.
• Self‑starter who meets deadlines, accepts direct feedback and balances speed with quality.
