Web Analyst – GA4, GTM & SQL Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Web Analyst with deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and SQL to transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with marketing, product and development teams in an inclusive environment, building dashboards and telling data‑driven stories that guide smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and continuously optimise GA4 and GTM configurations to guarantee data accuracy.
• Analyse and improve dataLayer coverage, defining custom dimensions, metrics and advanced event tracking.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses using the full GA4 suite, creating custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
• Implement, test and troubleshoot marketing and tracking scripts, ensuring robust data collection.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support A/B testing, CRO initiatives and broader business insight projects.
• Stay current with privacy regulations, GA4 updates and analytics best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex GTM and GA4 environments.
• Strong understanding of dataLayer architecture and ability to guide developers on optimisation.
• Hands‑on SQL skills for querying raw GA4 export data.
• Excellent communication in English, capable of translating technical setups into clear stakeholder insights.
