Graphic Designer for Emerging Lingerie Brand (US Market)

About the role

Join an ambitious fashion brand that is preparing to launch a distinctive presence in the U.S. lingerie market. As a Graphic Designer you will translate the brand’s identity into bold, polished visuals across digital and offline channels, working in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve the brand book, ensuring a distinctive and consistent visual identity.
• Create and adapt visual assets for the website, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising and other customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Retouch campaign imagery and e‑commerce photography, including color correction, to maintain a premium visual standard.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to turn brand strategy into compelling visual concepts.
• Design offline materials such as lookbooks, packaging, event collateral and other print advertising assets.
• Contribute to moodboards, visual concepts and the overall aesthetic direction of the brand.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting quality, consistency and deadline requirements.
• Help establish high design standards, taking ownership of visual decisions and identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, lingerie, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design work, visual storytelling and a clear personal point of view.
• Excellent command of layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
• Experience with Figma for UI/UX and collaborative design.
• Hands‑on photo retouching and color correction skills.
• Production of print‑ready materials for advertising, packaging, lookbooks and events.
• Basic video editing, especially for short‑form social content.
