About the role

Join a leading international home‑goods retailer as a Sales & Customer Service Associate in the Ülemiste store. You will provide friendly assistance, help customers choose the right products, and keep the shop looking its best.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and helpful customer service on the sales floor.
• Advise shoppers to make the best product choices.
• Arrange merchandise according to the company’s sales concept.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the sales area and stockroom.
• Prepare the store for seasonal campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• Appreciates cleanliness and organization.
• Enjoys communicating with and assisting customers.
• Friendly team player with good physical stamina.
• Works quickly and professionally.
• Proficient in Estonian (minimum B1 level).
