Asesor de Ventas – Automotriz

About the role

Grupo Q, a leading automotive company in Central America, is looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to drive vehicle sales for an assigned brand. You will guide customers through the entire purchase journey, ensuring a high‑quality experience that meets the company’s Net Promoter Score targets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers throughout the sales process, maintaining quality standards and achieving NPS goals.
• Coordinate follow‑up activities with clients to meet sales targets.
• Manage all paperwork required to close a sale and provide customers with the necessary vehicle registration documents.
• Prospect new customers to expand the existing client portfolio.
• Support brand promotion events such as presentations, launches, caravans, and exhibitions.
• Arrange and conduct test drives to help achieve sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or as a sales executive.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or at least a fourth‑year university student).
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong negotiation, communication, empathy, and proactive attitude.
• Customer‑focused mindset with initiative, achievement orientation, integrity, and teamwork skills.
