Senior Product Designer, Incentives, Merchants Ads

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the incentives experience within its Merchants platform. You will shape how merchants create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns, ensuring the workflow is intuitive and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate merchant‑facing flows for ads and campaign management.
• Translate complex campaign logic into simple, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, Growth, engineering and product teams to guarantee feasibility and high‑quality delivery.
• Prototype rapidly, test concepts, and reduce ambiguity through user research.
• Partner with consumer‑facing incentive designers to keep merchant‑configured campaigns on‑brand across all surfaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer with a strong UI portfolio.
• Deep understanding of business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions.
• Ability to lead design discussions, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision in English.
• Comfortable working in fast‑iteration environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design and advanced prototyping.
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Use of AI‑assisted design tools for rapid exploration.
