About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales consultant to join our Tartu store team. You will help customers find the best solutions, build lasting relationships, and drive sales through excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer contact in the store or by phone.
• Identify customer needs and present relevant products and services.
• Prepare tailored offers based on those needs.
• Close sales while ensuring a high‑quality service experience.
• Participate in a three‑week onboarding training program.

Required profile

• Bold, results‑driven attitude and willingness to step out of the comfort zone.
• Strong communication skills, attentive and consistent with customers.
• Solution‑oriented, non‑aggressive sales approach.
• Excellent listener who quickly builds trust.
• Team‑player who collaborates well with colleagues.
• Effective time‑management, independent and systematic work style.
• Fluent in Estonian; good command of Russian and English.
• Completed secondary education.
