Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead partner and customer development, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while driving sales and marketing performance in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead partner and customer development initiatives and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Set and achieve sales and marketing targets, including order volume, market share and profitability.
• Build, manage and enhance sales operations, defining strategic sales direction for the territory.
• Initiate and implement strategic alliances with distributors, project integrators and key customers.
• Identify market opportunities inside and outside the traditional client base and develop penetration strategies.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences and customer workshops to promote Dunext locally.
• Provide outstanding customer support and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience in solar inverter and battery storage sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, dynamic sales approach and strong stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Positive attitude, quick learner, creative and able to work with an international team.

Required skills

• Solar inverter technology knowledge.
• Battery storage technology knowledge.
• Energy storage system architecture understanding.
• Interpretation of system line diagrams.
