About the role

Deel is looking for a Compliance Writer to join its Knowledge Team. You will translate complex, country‑specific compliance regulations into clear, concise content for both internal stakeholders and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously update country‑specific compliance content in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Simplify regulatory changes into user‑friendly documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Partner with global product, legal, and operations teams to gather accurate information and ensure content alignment.
• Maintain a high‑quality knowledge base that reflects the latest compliance requirements.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives by providing accurate regulatory insights.

Required profile

• Structured, process‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in technical or compliance writing, preferably in a fast‑growth environment.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts without a background in communications or marketing.
• Assertiveness, curiosity, and strong collaboration skills.
