Cybersecurity Co-Founder / Head of Growth (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Cybersecurity Co‑Founder and Head of Growth for a new venture. You will lead the creation, scaling and market entry of a cybersecurity startup while working remotely alongside serial entrepreneurs and a network of top‑tier founders.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build and run a cybersecurity startup from idea to market‑fit.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, including sales and marketing initiatives.
• Iterate the product with mentorship from unicorn founders until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead hiring efforts using a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
