About the role
HCLTech is seeking a Data Analyst to support enterprise transformation and migration initiatives. The role focuses on data migration, data quality assessment, and data design review across multiple business domains.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support data migration and system modernization initiatives.
- Review logical and physical data models and validate source‑to‑target mappings.
- Conduct data quality assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using reporting tools.
- Support testing, UAT, and post‑migration validations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and data‑management skills.
- Experience in data migration projects, data quality assessments, and data design review.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
