Data Quality Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Data Quality Specialist to strengthen data quality management across the Baltic organization. You will partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards and business and technology teams to define data quality requirements, establish controls, and ensure consistent implementation across processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Define data quality requirements and establish controls in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business and regulatory expectations into measurable KPIs and monitoring practices.
• Support teams in managing data quality risks, analyzing issues, and driving continuous improvement.

• Experience in data quality management within a large organization.
