Data Center IT Manager

About the role

As a Data Center IT Manager at Nebius, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure that powers our AI‑focused cloud platform. You will lead a team that supports advanced GPU cloud clusters and ensures the data centre runs efficiently and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the IT support team to meet KPIs for infrastructure support and project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Plan, execute, and monitor routine IT tasks to keep the data centre infrastructure optimal.
• Oversee hardware installation, upgrades, and decommissioning based on operational needs.
• Handle asset management processes, including Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and hands‑on server hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of data centre operations, server and network equipment.
• Proven project planning and management abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology and related operational practices.
