About the role

Nasdaq Baltic is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead all marketing and communications activities for Nasdaq Tallinn while overseeing the Baltic Marketing & Communications team. The role is pivotal in shaping how Estonia’s and the Baltics’ capital markets are presented, understood, and trusted.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing and communications strategies for Nasdaq Tallinn, enhancing brand visibility in Estonia.
• Manage and develop the Baltic Marketing & Communications team (2 direct reports), ensuring alignment and high‑quality output.
• Act as a strategic communications partner to senior business leaders, providing counsel and practical support.
• Create and oversee content in Estonian and English, including press releases, blog posts, social media, presentations, and speeches.
• Own media relations in Estonia, maintaining strong journalist and stakeholder relationships.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, and publicity initiatives across the Baltic region.
• Support sensitive, complex, or crisis‑related communications when required.
• Ensure consistent, professional use of digital channels such as the website, CMS, and social media.

Required profile

• Solid experience in marketing and/or communications with responsibility for planning and execution.
• Previous people‑management experience or readiness to take on a formal leadership role alongside hands‑on work.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Estonian and English.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex topics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Relevant higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, social sciences, or business.
