Marketing Science Lead

About the role

Deel is looking for a Growth Marketing Science Lead to own the “Test and Learn” ecosystem that drives data‑driven decisions across its paid acquisition channels. With an annual marketing spend of over $100 million, you will ensure every dollar is allocated efficiently through rigorous statistical validation and high‑velocity experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a continuous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across search, paid social, ad creatives and audience segments.
• Act as the strategic pulse for the Paid Marketing team, delivering data‑backed briefs that guide spend pivots based on test winners.
• Mine large‑scale performance data to uncover untapped growth levers and translate insights into high‑growth strategies.
• Collaborate with search and paid social teams to scale successful experiments and embed a culture of experimentation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead high‑velocity testing programs in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Track record of influencing cross‑functional teams through data‑driven recommendations.
