Director of Sales

About the role

The Director of Sales will lead the hotel’s commercial activities, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and building lasting client relationships for Hilton Tallinn Park.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy in line with the hotel’s commercial objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, group, leisure and transient segments.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and business development.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Drive revenue growth across rooms, meetings, events and catering, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage key accounts, nurture long‑term partnerships and ensure effective deployment of sales resources.
• Represent the hotel at sales trips, trade shows, networking events and industry conferences.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Groups & Events and operational leaders to maximise hotel performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning, providing accurate pipeline management and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in corporate, MICE, group and transient business segments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of the Baltic and Nordic markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hilton sales systems and commercial platforms.
