Operations Manager – Estonia

About the role

KALVE Coffee, an award‑winning specialty coffee company and the first B Corp certified firm in the Baltics, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its Estonian business. You will be responsible for both the performance of existing coffee shops and driving future growth in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily operations in Estonia, driving sales, profitability and efficiency.
• Lead and support the local team to ensure excellent customer experience and consistent KALVE standards.
• Develop the B2B and HoReCa segment by identifying prospects, meeting clients and building long‑term partnerships.
• Use business KPIs to pinpoint improvement areas and implement actions for better results.
• Collaborate closely with the Latvian team, contributing market knowledge and ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations and team management within hospitality, foodservice, retail or a similar environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of sales, profitability and labour costs.
• Background in B2B sales or business development, with a track record of creating new opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on attitude and ability to take ownership of problems.
• Professional fluency in Estonian and English.

• Salary of €2,800 – €3,200 gross per month, plus up to €100 transport compensation.
