Junior Inventory Analyst – Rentals

About the role

As a Junior Inventory Analyst you will join Bolt’s Rentals Inventory and Warehouse team in Tallinn. You will work with inventory, purchasing and operational data to ensure spare parts are available where they are needed, supporting the availability of Bolt’s e‑bikes and e‑scooters worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse spare‑parts consumption, inventory levels and market trends to inform monthly purchasing recommendations.
• Maintain and improve planning tools, reports and dashboards that monitor stock availability and key operational KPIs.
• Identify stock‑related issues, cost anomalies and data inconsistencies, and support root‑cause analysis.
• Automate manual reporting and workflow steps using Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Python or Apps Script.
• Support procurement and inventory planning activities, including forecasting and PO data checks.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Warehousing, Procurement and central operations teams to improve data visibility and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Experience or academic background in supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, logistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
