About the role

Stoneridge is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Operator to join its production team. The role involves working 12‑hour shifts in a modern, safety‑focused manufacturing environment, supporting the production of advanced driveline and transmission actuation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and assembly lines according to standard procedures.
• Monitor product quality and report any deviations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all health, safety, and security protocols.

Required profile

• Fluent communication in Estonian.
• Punctual, conscientious and eager to learn.
• Secondary or vocational education preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial.
