About the role
Stoneridge is looking for an Operator to join its manufacturing team. The position involves working 12‑hour shifts, either daytime (07:30‑19:30) or nighttime (19:30‑07:30), in a modern and safe production environment. The role supports the company’s focus on advanced vehicle technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Work 12‑hour shifts (daytime or nighttime) in a manufacturing setting.
Required profile
- Estonian language proficiency at a B2 communication level.
- Punctual, conscientious and able to learn quickly.
- At least secondary or vocational education.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company.
