Partner Network Manager – Manufacturing (Baltics & Scandinavia)

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Network Manager to lead and grow Fractory’s manufacturing partner network across the Baltics and Scandinavia. Based in Estonia and working hybrid, you will be the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring the right capabilities and capacity are available to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end partner network – composition, performance, and commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with manufacturing partners, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Regional Sourcing Managers, Sales, Project Engineering and the Manufacturing Partner Engineer to align partner capabilities with operational needs.
• Analyse partner data to make decisions on adding, cutting or expanding partners.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and invoicing terms while ensuring quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Based in Estonia, willing to travel regularly across the region.
• Solid technical background in mechanical engineering – degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Ability to read drawings, understand tolerances, materials and assess manufacturability.
• Commercial instincts with proven negotiation experience.
• Comfort with operational data and KPI ownership.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of laser cutting, bending, CNC machining, welding, surface treatment, coating and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
