Payroll Administrator

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join its Tallinn team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll services to both local and international clients, using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll. The role combines operational execution with compliance checks and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll runs and resolve related queries.
• Ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time according to service level agreements.
• Support payroll controls, compliance checks, reporting, and year‑end activities.
• Maintain payroll documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Validate payroll data and perform corrections when necessary.
• Communicate with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements.
• Guide junior team members as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing or shared‑services environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, controls, and statutory reporting.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting multinational clients is a plus.
