Technical Recruiter – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

Join Wise, a global technology company that moves and manages money worldwide, as a Technical Recruiter on a fixed‑term contract. You will help build a diverse talent pipeline and support hiring teams across engineering and product functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, define hiring strategies, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Source and engage top engineering talent using creative approaches beyond traditional job boards.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience, building long‑term relationships and a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns and events.
• Use data to identify blockers, optimise processes and drive scalable hiring decisions.
• Work closely with the People team to align hiring with onboarding, talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.

Required profile

• 2 years of in‑house recruiting experience, ideally in tech or product roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent using innovative and data‑driven approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and teams.
