Payroll Specialist – Estonian Market

About the role

SD Worx is expanding its SAP Managed Payroll Services team and seeks a Payroll Specialist to serve Estonian clients. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for Estonian clients.
• Ensure compliance with Estonian payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
• Handle complex payroll cases and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Support system testing, payroll validations, and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Guide colleagues on payroll processes and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of Estonian payroll legislation and administration.
• Fluent in Estonian and English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and customer‑focused.
