People Services Assistant

About the role

The People Services Assistant works at the heart of the employee experience, handling the full lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding. Based in the Tallinn office, you will ensure HR processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and employees receive timely support across a range of HR topics.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee changes and off‑boarding, guaranteeing compliance and a smooth experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, managing tickets and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and handle employment documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Contribute to People team initiatives, projects and continuous improvement of processes and data quality.

Required profile

• Relevant education or prior experience in HR.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with an employee‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, organized and able to take initiative in day‑to‑day tasks.
• Open to change, eager to learn and grow within the role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
