Process Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Process Manager to join the Quality and Customer Satisfaction team within Omniva’s Commercial and International Business Unit. You will own operational processes across the company, drive improvements, and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimise core operational processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation of solutions.
• Analyse operational and customer data to inform efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards and governance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Product, Sales, Business Development and IT on process changes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive ongoing performance improvement.
• Support automation and digitalisation projects, including AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in process management, continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and change‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and AI tools is a plus.
